Who can be a TART BREAK wholesaler?

Wholesale sales are open to retail establishments in New York State.  All wholesalers require an Employer Identification Number (EIN) and will also need to supply a completed New York State and Local Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (IRS FORM ST-120).

How do I become a TART BREAK wholesaler?

Becoming a TART BREAK wholesaler is easy! Just register your business on our Wholesaler Page and start shopping. Once you are registered and logged in, you will see all of our products, with wholesale-ready items reflecting the wholesale price adjustments. There are multiple payment options available at checkout.

Are all TART BREAK products available for wholesale sales?

No, not all of our products are available for wholesale sales, but we are adding new options every month! You will be able to see which products are available based on the reflected price as you view our website. If you see a product that is not yet available and would like to request it, please fill out the form on our Wholesale page and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What are your minimum wholesale order requirements?

All wholesale orders require a minimum total of $125. We understand that all retail outlets are different, so for optimal freshness of our products we can stagger delivery to 2x/month if required (an additional fee of $10 will apply for each staggered delivery within a one month period).

Who pays for delivery?

Your first local delivery within Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn is free each month. Once your wholesale account is established, we will provide you with a Coupon Code to be used at checkout for free shipping on your first delivery order each month. Additional deliveries in these areas will incur a $10 fee per delivery. All other areas in the outer boroughs in NYC and throughout NY State will include applicable weight-based shipping charges per order.

Do you accept returns on wholesale products?

All wholesale sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
